• Successfully execute promotion strategies to achieve the CBU's objectives.

• Provide training to CBU team members to ensure they possess comprehensive product knowledge.

• Conduct competitor analysis for divisional products and effectively communicate the unique selling points to Healthcare Professionals.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth for key products.

• Build strong relationships with doctors, buyers, and clients to drive profitability.

• Deliver impactful product presentations at CME and CNE events to secure doctor prescriptions.

• Collaborate to create attractive, high-standard exhibition booths for events and medical expos.

• Monitor the CBU’s OTC and Ethical brand pages, take necessary actions, and manage public relations to enhance brand reputation.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager and CBU-Head.

SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT

• Good Computer skills (MS Office Suites) with Myanmar Typing
• Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Teaching skills, Communication skills & Interpersonal skills
• Office electronics of Email, Fax & Video conferencing
• Event organizing and team management skills

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    - Bachelor of Science or higher degree

    - Preferable Medical , Medical Related Degree Holder or MBA

    - Over 3 years experience in Medical field

    - Good Relationship and endorsement with KOLs & Clients
