An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop long-term and short-term FTTH product strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead new FTTH product development and commercialization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance, revenue, ARPU, subscriber growth, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and business partnerships.
  • Lead business case preparation for new products and investment proposals.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Technical, Finance, Digital, and Customer Care teams.
  • Manage FTTH product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • Prepare executive reports and strategic presentations for senior management.
  • Lead and coach the Product Strategy team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications or broadband industry.
  • Proven experience in FTTH/Fixed Broadband product management is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and project management.
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret market trends and business performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Excellent market research, competitive analysis, and business case development skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
