The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of PP (polypropylene) bags, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves production planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and coordination with various departments to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards.

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to optimize machine and labor utilization.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure raw materials and resources are available to meet production targets.
•  Minimize production downtime by ensuring proper maintenance.
•  Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high product standards at different stages of production.
•  Analyze production costs and recommend cost-effective solutions in production processes and materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.
•  Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and factory workers.
•  Work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials, smooth production and order fulfillment.
• Provide regular production reports and updates to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in PP woven bag manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PP extrusion, weaving, lamination, printing, and stitching processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
