  • Manage and monitor vendor performance for BTS construction, rollout, tower sharing, and related network deployment activities.
  • Ensure vendors comply with contractual terms, SLAs, KPIs, and rollout schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Rollout, Tower Sharing, Quality, Finance) to align vendor execution with project requirements.
  • Track BTS construction progress and identify risks, delays, or performance gaps.
  • Lead vendor issue resolution, including escalation management with vendor project managers and directors.
  • Review and validate vendor submissions, progress reports, and completion documents.Support RFI, acceptance, and handover processes in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Participate in vendor meetings, performance reviews, and corrective action planning.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management in support of rollout operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom rollout processes (BTS, tower sharing, site construction, On-air).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and rollout lifecycle.
  • Strong vendor control and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of contract management, KPIs, and SLA monitoring.
  • Familiarity with telecom operators’ workflows and cross-functional processes.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and data tracking tools.
  • 'Minimum 5–7 years of experience in telecom rollout, BTS construction, or vendor management.
