Assist the Quality Manager in managing and maintaining the company’s QMS.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, company procedures and work instructions.
Review and improve Quality Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms and other documented information.
Monitor QMS implementation across relevant departments.
Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
Oversee Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection activities.
Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards and customer requirements.
Monitor quality control throughout the transformer manufacturing process.
Review inspection and testing results and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
Lead investigation of major quality issues and non-conformities.
Review and guide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field.
Quality Management / ISO-related certification is an advantage.
5–7+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management / Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in a Supervisor / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager level is preferred.
Transformer / Electrical Equipment Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS
