  1. Source the potential candidate via LinkedIn, company email and recruitment channels to find the right applicants for various positions.
  2. Participate the interview as one of the interviewers for the vacant positions.
  3. Prepare offer letters and participating in negotiation over salary and job duties.
  4. Prepare HR related announcement letter in both Myanmar and English Version.
  5. Resolve employees’ issues and build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  6. Handle recruitment related reports and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager.

  4. Demonstrated good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
