Monitor parcel turnaround time and overall process performance.
✔ Bus Gate & Agent Network Oversight
Lead bus gate operations, including scheduling, loading/unloading, capacity planning, and documentation.
Supervise agent performance, ensure compliance, and strengthen partnerships for wider network reliability.
Conduct agent performance reviews and implement improvement actions.
✔ Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead station teams, bus gate staff, and agent coordinators with a high-performance culture.
Set KPIs, monitor results, and coach team members regularly.
Maintain strong communication between frontline operations and management.
✔ Strategy, Efficiency & Cost Management
Drive efficiency, reduce operational errors, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets and implement cost-control initiatives.
Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
Resolve service issues and customer complaints promptly.
Collaborate with CS, Fleet, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and other teams to ensure alignment.
✔ Reporting & Risk Management
Analyze operational metrics and submit performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with policies and logistics/e-commerce regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks across stations, bus gates, and agents.
