  • Sales collection and New Product sales for Fertilizer and Pesticide products 
  • Timely report to market situation, product performance to management 
  • Analyze and survey market trend and check activations  
  • Able to handle for sales to hit target in respective area/division 
  • Budget, forecast and work with product procurement to secure supply   
  • Collaborate with division management to develop and implement strategies 
  • Lead & report month to month Sales & AR status to management  
  • Channel management by motivating dealers with better service & solutions  
  • Develop new marketing channels.
  • Should be able to motivate and lead sales team, exhibiting strong leadership skills.

  • Must have Bachelor in Agriculture, B.Agr.Sc 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in same position in fertilizer and pesticide companies. 
  • More prefer to the permanent resident from Shan State/ Mandalay/Magway Division. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are desirable. 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects 
  • Working knowledge of standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and email 
  • Ability to travel frequently as required .
