  • Contribute the market data , customers data and experiences in implementing the company’s market entry strategy and product road-map.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market entry.
  • Lead and mentor the newly-built sales team to ensure weekly and yearly performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Create and manage sales & marketing budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor’s products, services and prices.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors nationwide.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the home electronic industry (kitchen appliances, home appliances, electronic devices, etc), with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Strong network within the home electronics retail, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Able to visit customers in regional sale areas.
  • Working experiences in reputable and strong electronics distribution compnay is preferred
