We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Specialist to promote and sell Edunova Myanmar educational products and programs to schools and educational institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with school founders, principals, and decision-makers while presenting innovative education solutions that support teaching and learning development.

This role requires excellent communication skills, professional presentation ability, and a passion for education and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. School & Client Relationship Development: Identify and approach potential schools, education centers, and institutions. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and partners. Arrange appointments and conduct meetings with: School Founders, Principals, Academic Directors, and School Management Teams.
  2. Product Presentation & Sales: Present and explain Edunova Myanmar educational products professionally. Understand school needs and recommend suitable education solutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
  3. Sales Target & Business Growth: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Generate new business opportunities and partnership channels. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer engagement. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the education sector.
  4. Marketing & Event Support: Support marketing campaigns, school events, exhibitions, and education fairs. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for promotional activities. Assist in developing school partnership programs and promotional strategies.
  5. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales records and client databases. Submit regular sales activity and performance reports. Ensure professional communication and customer service standards.

Education & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in education-related sales is highly preferred.
  • Will prefer candidates with experience in the education field and the ability to build strong networks and partnerships with schools and educational organizations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in meeting and presenting to school founders, principals, and management teams.
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Strong understanding of branding, customer engagement, and partnership development.
  • Fluent in both English and Burmese (written and spoken).
