  • Market Analysis & Trend Spotting: Monitor the e-bike industry for market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Brand Management & Marketing: Create marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) to promote e-bike models and increase brand awareness.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance standards.
  • Customer & Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Operational & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, track sales performance, and prepare reports.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of e-bike features, range, and technology to effectively promote products.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities with proven market research capability.
  • Good understanding of branding concepts and practices.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, budget management, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and market analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and creativity, with strong abilities in negotiation and team coordination.
