We are looking for motivated, result-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our growing team.

  • Develop and expand the sales market- reach across all regions covered.

  • Manage overall sales strategy and execution for the Zone to meet targets.

  • Oversee distribution channels and ensure smooth logistics operations for Agri-Inputs.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to Regional Managers within the Zone.

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demand to identify opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic direction on product promotion and marketing activities.

  • Cross-functional team to drive strategics imperatives, including marketing, market access, and commercial operations.

  • Ongoing analysis of delivery partner KPI and service level metrics, regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Management, or related field

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Agri-Input sales/management

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned Zone.

  • Strong leadership and result-driven mindset.
