  • F2F Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting F2F Manager to achieve branch target of the branch.
  • Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution.
  • Maximize persistency and renewal collection of insurance policy
  • Motivate and coach the LPOs.
  • Monitor the day to day activity, planning execution of LPOs.
  • Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs.
