PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

Lead the development and transformation of Sales Capability across Myanmar by designing and implementing capability programs, embedding effective sales ways of working, and driving measurable improvements in sales productivity, execution excellence, and overall commercial performance.  Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership to build a high-performing, future-ready sales organization. 

RESPONSIBILITY 

  • The Sales Capability Manager leads the development and execution of the Sales Capability roadmap, aligned with OpCo commercial strategy and regional/global frameworks, translating strategy into capability programs, Heineken ways of working, and field execution standards

  • The role drives capability transformation initiatives, including sales routines, tools, and programs such as Heineken Way of Sales to strengthen execution excellence and sustainable performance

  • The incumbent designs and implements event and capability programs for Sales and Trade Marketing teams, delivering measurable outcomes such as improved productivity, execution quality, and outlet performance, supported by Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • The position leads in-market coaching with sales teams to improve selling skills, reinforce coaching culture, and ensure consistent PICOS and Perfect Outlet execution

  • The role leverages data and digital tools to identify capability gaps, drive adoption of sales systems, and track performance through defined metrics

  • The Sales Capability Manager acts as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, influencing stakeholders across functions and ensuring effective collaboration internally and with external partners

  • The role oversees learning delivery and continuous improvement by managing programs and partners, tracking impact and ROI, and refining approaches based on feedback and business results

REQUIREMENTS 

Education & Other Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree preferably related to Business Management  

  • 3 year of working experience in TM and/or sales in FMCG  

Experience &  Knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Drive results and problem resolution skills
