Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries, including beverage, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and liquor manufacturers.
• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers requiring glass packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement, packaging development, and production teams.

New Product Development

• Work closely with customers to understand packaging requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to develop customized glass bottle solutions.
• Manage new product development projects from concept through sample approval to commercial production.
• Support customers during product trials, validation, and launch.

Sales & Account Management

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research on packaging trends, customer preferences, and competitor/import products and pricing.
• Gather customer feedback to improve existing products and develop future product offerings.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate internally to ensure timely sample development and production.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues throughout the development.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly through cross-functional team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate a positive attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required.
• 3–4 years of experience in commercial, business development, or new product development are preferred.
• Marketing knowledge or experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship skills.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
