A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Self-generate sales leads through direct outreach, referrals, consultants, and networking.

  • Convert self-generated and assigned leads into signed contracts.

  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign focus and lead feedback (no staff management).

  • Maintain sales pipeline, pricing discipline, and customer relationships

  • Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Finance departments.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and processes.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Business, or related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience

  • At least 2–3 years in renewable energy or solar industry preferred

  • Experience handling commercial or industrial clients is an advantage

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy market

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Strong networking ability

  • Leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
