Self-generate sales leads through direct outreach, referrals, consultants, and networking.
Convert self-generated and assigned leads into signed contracts.
Coordinate with Marketing on campaign focus and lead feedback (no staff management).
Maintain sales pipeline, pricing discipline, and customer relationships
Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Finance departments.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and processes.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Business, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
At least 2–3 years in renewable energy or solar industry preferred
Experience handling commercial or industrial clients is an advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy market
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong networking ability
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
