· Bachelor degree in any related field (Master Degree preferred);
· 2 years’ experience in teaching & training field is must.
· More than 25 years of Age.
· Interest and passion for training.
· Financial & Insurance training experiences will be preferred.
· English Proficiency is must.
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office application (Word, PowerPoint, · Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
· Good training delivery skill
· Excellent verbal, non-verbal & written communication skills
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· High energy level & good interpersonal relationship with all levels and partners
· Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
