Job Responsibilities
Set monthly sales targets and individual goals for sales team to achieve center objectives.
Review sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to increase conversion.
Monitor performance across all sales channels, activities, and team members.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in company systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Support center sales by conducting prospect presentations.
Provide regular coaching, on-the-job training, and monthly feedback to sales team members.
Manage onboarding training for new staff and evaluate team performance monthly/quarterly.
Arrange fair work schedules for sales team.
Collaborate with School Service, Activation, TMK, Marketing teams on activities, lead conversion, recruitment, and market insights.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Burmese & proficient English
Min. 3 years in education industry
Min. 1 year sales management experience
Result-driven, strong communication, leadership & organizational skills
Able to work flexible hours including weekends
Computer literate
