(1) Develop and implement OD strategies to support organizational transformation, growth, and long-term objectives.
(2) Partner with senior executives and HR leaders to assess organizational needs and design frameworks, SOPs that enhance effectiveness and agility.
(3) Lead the development of organizational assessments, culture surveys, and needs analyses to identify improvement areas.
(4) Design and manage leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline and support succession planning.
(5) Oversee the creation of competency models, career development pathways, and performance improvement initiatives for employees.
(6) Facilitate executive coaching, mentorship programs, and skill-building workshops to elevate leadership capabilities across the organization.
(7) Lead and execute change management initiatives, ensuring that all transitions (e.g., restricting, process changes) are handled smoothly.
(8) Develop change management frameworks, communication, and training to support employees during organizational transitions.
(9) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, monitor adoption, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
(10) Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
(11) Lead the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
(12) Develop and execute action plans based on survey results to enhance employee experience, satisfaction, and retention.
(13) Work closely with PMD team to integrate diversity and inclusion principle into OD strategies and talent development.
(14) Create programs and training that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
(15) Monitor DEI metrics and adjust initiatives as needed to ensure progress toward DEI goals.
(16) Oversee the development and implementation of effective performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
(17) Lead initiatives to improve performance metrics, employee productivity, and team effectiveness.
(18) Collaborate with HR to refine performance appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting practices.
(19) Utilize data analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
(20) Present regular reports to executive leadership on OD outcomes, engagement trends, and progress toward organizational objectives.
(21) Lead and develop a team of OD professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
(22) Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement.
