  • Identify KPl's and key services and create a mechanism for reporting to the supervisor on a monthly basis;
  • Prepare the budgets and project plan for making sure to hit the KPI and the quantity of sites forecasted in the overall plan and budget.
  • Manage the Service, Installation and customer complaints accordance with the scheduled by Head of Department.
  • Implement and submit the agreed Action Plan (Service Contract, Repair, Installation, Spare Parts) in a timely manner
  • Real-time reporting of progress in the implementation of task assignments and completion to Head of Department.
  • Continuous Management to develope technical knowledge and engineering skills for subordinates according to business needs.
  • Perform and arrange the work to be carried out by the responsibilities and responsibilities of the subordinates in accordance with the set Standards and Quality.
  • Dividing task assigments into employees.
  • Arranging Expenses to be used in accordance with the allocation.
  • Meetings according to business needs, Technology Seminars, Participating in Trainings and Demonstrations.
  • Report and review the list of necessary accessories to Head of Department.
  • Coordinate service and technical issues by contacting suppliers according to designated Brands.
  • Performing continuous Technical Surveys/ Evaluation in accordance with designated Brands and Equipments.
  • Coordination with other departments within the company to complete the duties of your department in a timely manner.
  • Preparing, updating and maintaining the documents (Data, Documentation, Report, Record, Correspondence...,) in accordance with the established system.
  • Performing duties/ Responsibilities related to your department in accordance with the business requirements.
  • Responsible for Service Delivery team shaping, building, development, management and motivation;
  • Matrix management with responsibility for permanent and contractual staff;
  • Role model for Service Delivery discipline.

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering – Electronics, Electrical and Mechatronics.
  • More than 5 years of technical experience preferably within the related equipments.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership skill with coaching, directing, mentoring and delegation.
  • Technical skill, interpersonal skill, time management, teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Able to travel frequently in and out of city.
