Vanguard offer professional consulting services for business process improvement and automation candidate for this role will be responsible for, Interview client and collect business process requirement and map the requirement with business solution and system.Consulting Service is responsible for providing implementation of Business Solution.

• With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners.
• Learns to effectively contract with customer, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties.
• Manage, plan and develop customized applications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
• Organize, plan project tasks and schedules and manage resources.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
• Monitor the project timeline and predict the possible issue/risks. Reflect the project timeline according to the project status.
• Manage the client’s expectation and cater the problems which may encounter during the various project phases.
• Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise.
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.

• Operational and Commercial team
• External clients

• Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as developer role.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences with .NET framework using C# or VB for windows or web development.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences with RDBMS and Querying Language (SQL preferably).
• Experiences in Crystal Report and Reporting/Migration tools is preferred.
• Experiences in macro or scripting languages and related technologies (Node.js, jQuery, VBA etc.) is preferred.
• Experiences in RESTful API development and system integration is preferred.
• Excellency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Strong knowledge in application development.
• Ability to perform basic analysis and design based on business requirements.
• Ability to understand ERP systems and design/develop applications which integrate with other systems, platforms, and external services.
• Ability to manage complex technical development projects.
• Ability to partners with business areas and other team members to resolve business application needs and problems.
• Capable of taking client meetings and meeting SLA and support review.
• Promotes strong quality practices by performing unit testing and providing appropriate level of support for user acceptance testing, as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
