A Great Opportunity for ...

Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings using AutoCAD based on IFC, architectural, structural and MEP design drawings.
Prepare Civil/Architectural drawings including floor layouts, wall layouts, sections, details, stairs, doors, windows, ceiling and other construction details.
Prepare and coordinate MEP drawings covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection and ELV where required.
Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes before site execution.
Review drawings against actual site conditions and incorporate approved changes.
Revise drawings based on comments from Project Manager, Engineering Manager, consultants and site engineers.
Prepare drawings required for method statements, material installation and site execution.
Maintain drawing numbers, revisions, registers and document control.
Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, QS, MEP Engineers, QA/QC and subcontractors.
Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on completed site works.
Provide technical drawing support to site teams when construction issues arise.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in construction shop drawing preparation.
Strong AutoCAD 2D skills.
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
Practical knowledge of construction methods and site installation.
Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hotel or mixed-use development is preferred.
Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to work under project deadlines and handle frequent drawing revisions.
