Job Description
Position Title: Student Services Research Assistant
Department: Student Care & Success Team
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Salary: Starting from 500,000 MMK per month
Summary
We are looking for a proactive We are looking for a proactive Student Services Research Assistant to support our team in collecting and organizing university program data. Once the data collection phase is complete, the role will transition to supporting students through applications, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want to grow in the international education industry.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain accurate information about partner universities and programs, including courses, fees, intakes, and entry requirements

Ensure all university data is up-to-date in internal systems

Assist students with applications, visa documents, accommodation, and travel logistics

Handle student inquiries professionally via calls, messages, or in-person

Support counselors with administrative tasks and student follow-ups

Be available to assist during urgent cases or travel for education events when needed

Perform additional tasks as assigned
