To maintain and update accurate PC and IT asset inventory records, including user information, asset details, locations, serial numbers, and asset status.
To prepare and provide timely and accurate PC inventory reports and updated asset information to Management and relevant departments when required.
To receive, check, record, label, issue, collect, and manage the movement of IT equipment and accessories in accordance with company procedures.
To check and respond to users’ feedback and emails, conduct regular physical inventory checks, report missing or damaged assets, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
To provide timely technical support when needed and fulfill users’ PC application requirements without delay.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Any Graduate
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT asset management or IT support.
Experience in inventory management, asset tracking, and record keeping.
Experience in handling IT equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, and accessories.
Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and equipment.
Well Knowledge of IT asset and inventory management
Able to create accurate and error-free inventory lists and reports on time.
Able to fulfill users’ requirements and deliver items promptly.
