🔧 Job Description:
•    Supervise and manage day-to-day telecom civil site activities including tower foundation, shelter construction, fencing, and site preparation. 
•    Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. 
•    Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. 
•    Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the project team. 
•    Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at site. 
•    Conduct site surveys, setting out, and verification of measurements. 
•    Check and verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage. 
•    Assist in BOQ verification and support project cost control. 
•    Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges. 
•    Maintain proper documentation including site reports, work progress, and handover documents. 
•    Coordinate with internal teams (Project, QA/QC, and Engineering) for timely project delivery. 
 

🎓 Job Specification:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 
•    Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecom civil works or construction projects. 
•    Experience in telecom infrastructure projects (tower, foundation, shelter, etc.) is preferred. 
•    Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site layouts. 
•    Strong site management and coordination skills. 
•    Basic knowledge of BOQ and quantity estimation. 
•    Good communication and reporting skills. 
•    Willingness to travel and work at different project sites. 
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•    Able to travel and be deployed to project sites as required for site supervision.-
