Job Description:

  • Ensure to get the tender information via newspaper, competitor’s and regular clients.    
  • Prepare purchased tender invitation form.  
  • Prepare documents for tender submission (FDA, Company   license & profile and other required documents).
  • Handle tender submission process, tender contract signing process and attend tender meeting.
  • Handle delivery process, collection process (Regular & Tender), payment order (PO) and performance Guarantee (PG).         
  • Cooperate & follow up ISO 9001 standard and Procedure for Medical MKT Division.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in related field.
  • Familiarity with government offices, banking procedures for export/import, logistics, telegraphic transfers, and trading processes is preferred.
  • Able to travel and work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork, reporting skills and communication skills.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Half Day)
