Responsibilities

  • Handle importation process and apply for Import License/Permit through Trade Net 2

  • Prepare and submit required documents for import permit application

  • Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents for import shipments

  • Apply MIC import/export licensing. Responsible for all import and export documentations

  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with local government regulations

  • Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, sale contract, bills of lading, and customs paperwork

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedules and updates

  • Monitor shipment timelines and ensure smooth customs clearance

Experience & Qualification

  • Any graduate, English communication level. Any Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.

  • 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Cargo importation process from oversea (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Border Trade) logistics Import & Export License, Custom clearance, or a similar role.

  • Solid understanding of customs regulations, import/export application procedures, and documentation requirements.

  •  Familiarity with Tradenet and related system
