  • Deliver home cleaning training program at classroom and real-life house settings, both theory and practical
  • Ensure students pick up the required skills and aptitude to uphold top professional standards
  • Follow SOP to assess and grade trainees objectively to ensure trainees are of good standard
  • Identify strength and weakness and advise accordingly to bring out the best for individual students
  • Prepare students to ensure that the right candidates pass Singapore job interview
  • Update student data, monitor stocks of cleaning related items, recoding and uploading of videos, etc. 
  • Liaise with external parties to purchase necessary course related items
  • Any other duties as required

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Strong in both Burmese & English communication
  • Must be a team player and able to perform admin duties related to teaching
  • Must have basic computer skill   
  • Must have at least 4 years’ experience in supervisor / trainer level in housekeeping / hospitality industry
  • Must be familiar with following SOP and checklists to assess and grade trainees objectively
  • Smart and resourceful
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail
  • Candidates with housekeeping / house cleaning experience in Singapore will have an added advantage
  • Must be proactive and meticulous
  • Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
