  1. Prepare & conduct Technical Training Courses related with heavy machinery, under supervision of Training & Technical Coordination Supervisor (TCS)
  2. Conduct Operation & Maintenance Training to Customers, under supervision of TCS
  3. Support updated Technical Information to Service Team and Customer by coordinating with Product Suppliers, under supervision of TCS
  4. Acknowledge & record Terms and Agreement of Products between AHM and Product Manufacturers, Suppliers and Regional Monitor & evaluate Skill of each Service Crew quarter basic per year, under supervision of TCS
  5. Support Technical information to Sale Team and Marketing Team whenever necessary, under supervision of TCS
  6. Prepare & conduct Soft Skill Training Course, under supervision of TCS (Option)
  7. Distributors, under supervision of TCS
  8. Advise and acknowledge to Service Operation Team to comply with Terms and Agreements of Product Suppliers for the Products which are under Warranty Period, under supervision of TCS
  9. To assist team for any aspect related to updated Technical Information whenever necessary, under supervision of TCS
  10. To assist management team whenever necessary, under supervision of TCS

  2. Good Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
  3. Good technical knowledge & experience of Heavy machinery, Warranty Terms & Condition, and able to train subordinates
  4. Good training and explanation skill
  5. Able to work beyond working hour and any places of Myanmar
  6. Good Computer, Internet, Email & Microsoft Office Skills (especially MS Power Point)
  7. Good Office Administration Skill, Technical Reporting & Feedback Information Skills
  8. Good Communication & Negotiation Skills (with Customer and with internal Personnel)
  9. Intermediate or advance English 4 Skills
  10. Good Interpersonal Skills and Logical Thinking
  11. Ability to Work under stress and achieve goal in time
  12.  Graduated; M. E, B. E, B. Tech, A.G.T.I (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Power)
  13. Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Heavy Machinery Training and Technical Coordination
