Position Title: Video Editor
Department: Studio E (Creative Team)
Location: San Chaung, Yangon
Reports to: Marketing Executive
Salary: 500,000 MMK – 600,000 MMK per month
 

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Video Editor to assist in producing both short-form and long-form videos that engage audiences across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This role focuses on transforming raw footage into polished, trend-driven videos that resonate with Gen Z audiences while maintaining high production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 2–3 short-form videos per day and assist in producing both short-form and long-form videos for multiple platforms.

• Add captions, transitions, effects, and sound to maximize engagement.

• Produce event highlight videos within 3 days after each event.

• Ensure content diversity across educational, promotional, and entertainment formats.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply trending formats in video editing.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with brand goals and campaign strategies.

• Organize project files and deliver videos on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
   

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Flexibility required for event days and content deadlines

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing for social media and long-form content (portfolio required).

• Proficient in CapCut or similar editing software.

• Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content formats, especially for Gen Z engagement.

• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining production quality.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends during major campaigns or events.

• Willingness to travel for events if necessary
