  1. The Video Editor & Creator leads the production of engaging video content across digital platforms, social media, and marketing channels.

  2. The role conceptualizes, shoots, and edits high-quality video assets aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

  3. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage into polished stories with precise pacing, audio balancing, and visual flow.

  4. The position creates dynamic motion graphics, visual effects, titles, and lower-thirds to enhance overall viewer engagement.

  5. Collaboration with the content and design teams ensures creative concepts translate effectively into finished video deliverables.

  6. The editor manages all video production stages, including lighting, audio recording, camera operation, and set layout.

  7. Color grading and audio cleanup are performed regularly to maintain professional broadcast and web quality standards.

  8. The role optimizes video formats, aspect ratios, and export settings tailored specifically for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

  9. Creative trends, platform updates, and video performance metrics are monitored continuously to refine future content strategies.

  10. The position organizes and archives video project files, media assets, and camera footage in a structured digital media library.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing, shooting, and content creation is required.

  • Advanced proficiency with editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and so on.

  • Strong technical skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation are essential.

  • In-depth understanding of platform-specific video trends, visual storytelling techniques, and social media algorithms is necessary.

  • Excellent project management capabilities and strong attention to detail ensure strict adherence to production deadlines.
