An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure the quality standards of packages before import/export from storage in accord with company’s regulations.
  • Guarantee accuracy of export/ import data and supply package to meet the manufacture needs on time.
  • Follow the regulations on arranging products as well as warehouse diagram.
  • Arrange and preserve chemical items logically, reasonably in order to avoid loss due to damage.
  • Promptly report the risk of products being lost or damaged.
  • Make sure goods preparation and inventory is executed properly and periodically.
  • Preserve quality of goods to avoid loss. Take responsibility if loss happens.
  • Make sure to update the content of documents fully and immediately when import/export is executed.
  • Update data into system correctly and timely for record.
  • Update stored product in accord with rules.
  • Clean the warehouse properly as superiors assigned.
  • Other tasks as WH Supervisor requested.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
  • Any university graduate or diploma holder.
  • Prefer candidates who have experience in production field.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
  • Knowledge of general computer software and aptitude to learn new software application.
    Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, outlook)
  • Ability to meet physical requirement including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up and down of pallet jacks.
