Job Summary AdvaMed Medical Innovation Co.,Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Executive to promote medical devices and hospital consumables in Yangon. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth in a dynamic medical environment. Key Responsibilities ● Promote and sell medical devices and hospital consumables to hospitals and healthcare professionals. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers. ● Support product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up visits in hospital and operating theater settings. ● Identify new business opportunities and help expand market presence within assigned territories. ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. ● Maintain accurate sales records, customer updates, and market feedback. ● Achieve sales targets while following company standards and professional ethics.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including jost postings and promoting Advamed’s products, values, and engagement. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales objectives. Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for increased engagement and reach. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads - SEM). Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compliant brand voice across all digital touchpoints. Develop compelling marketing materials, including posts, articles, videos and infographics, tailored to the medical device audience. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and industry regulations. Maintain and update the company website/platforms with fresh and relevant content. Organize and coordinate webinars, workshops, product launches, and promotional events in collaboration with the Sales team to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Support the Sales team with digital tools, promotional content, and campaign materials to enhance field efforts. Assist in planning the sales events and related gift programs for clients and partners. Collaborate with HR/Admin to plan and execute seasonal events, employee engagement activities, and CSR programs. Coordinate the design, sourcing and distribution of seasonal gifts and acknowledgments for clients, employees, and community partners. Promote CSR activities through digital channels to strengthen company’s reputation as a socially responsible organization. Track and report on digital marketing performance, event outcomes, and campaign ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
