Regular visits for presenting products information to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at hospitals and clinics Technical support to customers in smooth and effective usage of our products Being very responsive to customer’s complaints and provide solutions timely Providing technical assistance on patient cases in hospitals Activities, exhibitions, and workshops planning and preparations Sales target achievement Building strong customer relationships Filling, recording, tracking of customer data Execute, monitor, review and report regularly on marketing activities Perform related sales and marketing supports as required when requested by Products Manager or BOD
- Performs work Planning, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting to be done on all the installation, after sales service, preventive maintaining and repairing the medical equipment and systems - Provide technical training to the users to ensure proficiency in using tools, equipment and systems effectively - Dealing with the customers to resolve the issues, provide information and ensure customers satisfaction - Troubleshoot of medical equipment and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect. - QC & calibration of the equipment -Maintain records and documentation for work processes - Regular report to the departmental manager for daily work activities
