  • Regular visits for presenting products information to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at hospitals and clinics
  • Technical support to customers in smooth and effective usage of our products
  • Being very responsive to customer’s complaints and provide solutions timely
  • Providing technical assistance on patient cases in hospitals
  • Activities, exhibitions, and workshops planning and preparations
  • Sales target achievement
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Filling, recording, tracking of customer data
  • Execute, monitor, review and report regularly on marketing activities
  • Perform related sales and marketing supports as required when requested by Products Manager or BOD

Job Requirements

  • Degree of B.N.Sc/ B.Pharm/ B.Med Tech or any related medical degrees
  • Experience in Medical Device industry is preferred
  • Especially handling in Medical Devices: OT/ICU products
  • Willing to work in hospital environment, operation theaters and interest in handling medical devices
  • Require good communication in English
  • Able to proficiently use internet surfing, emails and Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point)
  • Self-learning skill, good interpersonal communication and willing to work with the team
  • Able to travel locally and overseas at any time
