The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & 4Ps Integration Develop and implement annual marketing plans specifically tailored for the Myanmar market, ensuring alignment with HQ’s global direction. Apply a logic-based approach to the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to address local market pain points and opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and market share data to identify whether products are in a growth or "cash cow" phase. 2. Pricing & Profitability Management Design and manage the Pricing Structure by balancing "Market-Based Pricing" with internal margin requirements. Conduct regular competitor price benchmarking to ensure our brand maintains its "Premium-Mass" positioning. Manage Mixed Profit Margins across the product portfolio, using high-margin products to offset competitive entry-level items. Analyze the impact of import duties and logistics costs on the final retail price to ensure commercial viability. 3. Trade Marketing & Promotion Logic Plan and execute promotion strategies with a focus on ROI (Return on Investment) and Basket Size expansion. Perform break-even analysis for all promotional activities to ensure they contribute to the overall profit amount, not just sales volume. Collaborate with the Sales team to support trade activities, POS materials, and distributor management. 4. Communication & HQ Coordination Serve as the primary link between Myanmar and Thailand HQ, adapting Thai marketing materials to suit local cultural nuances while maintaining brand guidelines. Present data-driven proposals to HQ for local price adjustments or specific campaigns based on solid commercial logic. 5. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of 2 Marketing Executives using a Coaching approach (empowering them to propose solutions and analysis). Build the local team’s capability in data analysis, pricing logic, and marketing execution.

1. Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, and Store Managers at key retail chains. 2. Lead negotiations regarding Annual Trading Terms, listing fees, rebates, and promotional slots. 3. Ensure speed-to-market for new product launches (NPD) by securing shelf space and listing approvals with retail HQs. 4. Ensure our products secure the best shelf positioning (eye-level) and maintain the agreed Share of Shelf (SOS) according to planograms. 5. Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and coordinate with store managers to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations. 6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute channel-specific promotions for each accounts 7. Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions) 8. Monitor account receivables and ensure payments from retailers are collected on time. 9. Other related duties as assigned

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the Sales Manager 3. Organize data for weekly sales meetings, ensuring the team is focused on the right metrics. 4. Oversee the daily quality of data entered into the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Sales Ops) to ensure sales reps are logging activities and deals correctly. 5. Regularly check and record competitor prices, promotions, and market activities to keep our internal database updated. 6. Perform basic market research assignments as requested by the Sales Manager. 7. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively. 8. Other duties as assigned.
