Job Description

1. Reviewing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and patterns that inform decision-making processes.

2. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the Sales Manager

3. Organize data for weekly sales meetings, ensuring the team is focused on the right metrics.

4. Oversee the daily quality of data entered into the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Sales Ops) to ensure sales reps are logging activities and deals correctly.

5. Regularly check and record competitor prices, promotions, and market activities to keep our internal database updated.

6. Perform basic market research assignments as requested by the Sales Manager.

7. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Age              :  25 - 35 years

Field/Major : Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience  : 1–2 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, or a Business Analyst role.

1. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns in data.

2. Excellent communication skills (ability to explain complex data to non-technical sales reps).

3. High attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Mastery of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting is mandatory.

5. Visualization Tools: Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.

6. Moderate English proficiency (sufficient for reporting, but maybe not for high-level presentations).

7. Time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
