Assist the Admin Manager in managing and overseeing daily administrative operations across all branches and offices. Supervise transportation, fleet management, office facilities, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities. Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, licensing, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules for company vehicles. Coordinate with relevant government offices and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters. Ensure company assets, equipment, and inventories are properly maintained and recorded. Monitor branch administration activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the setup and administration of new branches, warehouses, and operational facilities. Prepare and manage administration budgets while implementing cost-control measures. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, training programs, and official functions. Review and maintain administrative contracts, agreements, and service provider relationships. Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for management review. Lead, coach, and evaluate administrative staff to improve operational efficiency. Ensure all administrative activities comply with company regulations and operational standards. Perform other duties assigned by management.
