  • Generate new customer leads through various channels
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Plan the market research and monitors competitor activity
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues in coordination with service teams.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for clients.
