An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and customer accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
  • Reconcile AR transactions, customer statements, and aging reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations regarding payment issues.
  • Prepare monthly AR and collection reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing.
  • Good understanding of full-set accounting processes and practices.
  • Supervise junior AR staff and support process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in AR or Accounting.
  • Knowledge of AR processes, reconciliation, and collections.
  • Good knowledge of full-set accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
