Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Handle the full spectrum of financial accounting roles.
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project financial forecast/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Report on monthly financial statements, payments, cash flow management in a timely manner.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing variances.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Manage and arrange the plan in order to do fixed assets examination and ground stock taking.
Deal with third parties such as government tax office, external audit, internal audit etc.
Coordination with banking partner and perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures.
The chiefs have to come up with the financial solutions to improve profits.
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.
Lead, mentor and supervise junior accountants and factory account clerks, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and deadlines are met.
Implement strong internal control policies to prevent financial leakage and prepare all necessary documentation for smooth external and internal audit processes.

Job Requirements

CPA qualification or B.Com with ACCA Part II passed.
ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Commerce graduate is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing and trading industries.
Strong experience in financial accounting & reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, management reporting, cash management, and tax accounting.
Proficient in accounting software, preferably SAP.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and .
Good English communication and reporting skills.
Strong financial reporting, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Proven experience working in a well-established organization.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
