The Role We’re looking for a Junior/Mid Frontend Developer who is strong in MVC architecture and REST API integration. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to ship responsive, accessible features and help evolve our component library and frontend patterns. What you’ll do Build user-facing pages and components in an MVC environment (e.g., Laravel Blade; Livewire/Alpine) and/or a modern JS stack (Vue or React) Integrate with REST APIs: data fetching, error handling, pagination, caching, optimistic UI Translate Figma/design specs into accessible, responsive, pixel-accurate UIs Contribute to and maintain a shared component library/design system Write maintainable code with clear structure, documentation, and tests Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and suggest improvements to endpoints/payloads Monitor and improve performance (Core Web Vitals) and handle cross-browser compatibility Must have 1–3 years of experience building web interfaces (or strong portfolio) Solid understanding of MVC concepts and patterns; comfortable in server-rendered views Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus Experience consuming REST APIs in production; familiar with Postman/Insomnia and API docs (OpenAPI/Swagger) Git-based workflows and code reviews Attention to accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design Clear communication, growth mindset, and ownership from idea to delivery
