Job Description

•    Overseeing day-to-day school operations and ensuring smooth functioning.

•    Managing administrative staff and handling office management tasks.
•     Maintaining school records, student data, and regulatory compliance.
•    Coordinating communication between parents, teachers, and students.
•    Ensuring health, safety, and regulatory policies are followed.
•    Assisting in budget management, purchasing, and resource allocation.
•    Supervising facilities management and maintenance of school infrastructure.
•    Prepare deduction & overtime reports for the staffs and teachers, make records for leave of       absences and the reasons.
•    Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
•    Arrange the bus, school ferry for the students, arrange transportation for school activities and school events. (Bus Schedule)
•    Selling school uniforms and make stock records to order
•    Prepare recommendation letters and school leaving certificates for students
•    Explain the admission process for new enrollments and arrange placement test (Just in case)
•    Assist activity coordinator on field trip arrangements & other events
•    Translate the principal’s and other staff’s letters
•    Supervising administrative staff, general staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
•    Act as point of contact between the teachers and the staff, act as point of contact between SKT admin staff and BISA staff.
•    Translate between teachers, principal and parents for student matters
•    Facilitate communications between school administration and staff, the students and parents.
•    Cooperate work between SKT RC and SKT CC administration office
•    Receive, open and distribute mail; receive visitors, arrange travel for staff, schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, forward information, and refer or transfer calls to appropriate staff members.
•    Organize and manage day to day activities of school admin office
•    Perform related duties as assigned to assist the office staff during their absences.
•    Oversee and supervise the performance, roles and responsibilities of office staff, general staff, security staff and cleaners.
•    Schedule appointments, answer phones and give administrative support to teachers and school officials
•    Greet visitors and callers handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs.
•    Perform services to foreigner teachers and deal with them concerning their issues.
•    Arrange travel reservation for teachers, students & staff.
•    Deal with government organization if needed by school or management.
•    Assist in arranging refreshments for a variety of meetings, conferences, field trips and other gatherings assigned. Prepare or organize staff and teachers’ breakfast and sometimes birthday party, barbeque party, Teacher & Parents Conference refreshments and a variety of event refreshments.
•    Process and prepare documents, such as governments forms.
•    Deliver messages and organize materials.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
•    Diploma or certification in office administration is an advantage.
•    Excellent English Skill and Computer Skill.
•    Proven experience supervising staff and managing office operations.
•    Must have experience 3 years in Managerial role and prefer in Education  field .
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•    Good communication skill & Leadership skill
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•    Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•    Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
