Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in customer service, parent relations, or administration is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Myanmar
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and calmly
Computer literacy (MS Office, email systems)
