SMM (content plan, execution) - proofread by HoS before every post, format of posts according to the SM Posting Guide; posts should not come that late (3 days maximum after the date itself) - Admissions process (starting from replies about school to the first month of the induction period in our school); meeting room in perfect condition (always fresh material on the TV); re-direct new students to related people to solve their issues, personally introducing new parents students to the respective staff; - School events (overviewing the event so that it reflects the school’s purpose, culture, and our brand); photo and video provision, always good quality + collecting content from all other staff - Outside events (make sure we have decent promo materials, up-to-date; all the prices are fresh, received without delays) - Meeting with the School Leadership Team every week (addressing concerns, sharing content plan, discussing events; - Represent the school on BFI Marketing meetings (concerns, suggestions, budgets).
