Job Summary Marketing Executive at BFI Education Services Company Limited will plan and deliver engaging marketing, PR, and school promotion activities. You will support admissions, events, social media, and stakeholder communication to strengthen brand presence and drive enrollment. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute marketing plans to support sales targets and brand objectives. ● Coordinate school events, promotions, product launches, and advertising campaigns. ● Manage social media content, posting schedules, and online community engagement. ● Support admissions communication from inquiry response to new student induction. ● Build strong relationships with parents, partners, customers, and key stakeholders. ● Prepare PR activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation across channels. ● Collaborate with Admissions, Product Development, Creative, and School Leadership. ● Ensure quality promo materials, event coverage, and timely content delivery. ● Attend weekly leadership and marketing meetings; share updates, ideas, and concerns. ● Assist with additional school events, administration tasks, and strategic assignments.
Supervising the food preparation process and any other related activities. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons for Primary or Lower Secondary students. Teach core ICT skills including digital literacy, coding basics, and computer applications. Integrate robotics knowledge into classroom instruction where applicable. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and performance. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities aligned with the curriculum. Maintain classroom discipline and promote good behavior. Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to support the continuous improvement of the department and school. Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Collect, record, and issue receipts for school fees , uniform fees , and book fees . Maintain an up-to-date student fee database including fee schedules, payment history, and outstanding balances. Assist parents with fee-related inquiries and provide clear breakdowns of charges. Handle daily cash transactions efficiently and securely. Reconcile daily cash collections with system records and deposit into the school’s bank account. Maintain a petty cash fund and prepare vouchers for small payments. Ensure secure handling and storage of cash and financial documents. Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. Prepare vouchers, invoices, and journal entries as required. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Support auditing processes by providing relevant documents and records Coordinate with the school store and uniform/book suppliers to track inventory and price updates. Maintain accurate stock records for uniforms and books, if applicable
