Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups, in both digital and physical formats. Prepare and update regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, revenue targets, market trends, and team activities. Manage and monitor project pipelines, customer leads, and business opportunities using CRM tools or internal systems. Assist Sales Engineers in drafting and formatting quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., admin, logistics, finance) to support sales order processing and timely customer delivery. Job summary Manage the Payroll processing function from end-to-end, including development of reference manuals/ guidelines and Benefits management and employee services management. General responsibilities Process and manage all aspects of employee payroll including deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with wages and benefits regulations, including tax laws and government reporting requirements. Manage to ensure 100% accuracy in monthly payroll processing. Checking and calculating monthly income tax and yearly fixed bonus calculation and expatriate payroll calculation. Preparing monthly payroll reconciliation report for monthly payroll analysis. Manage to arrange monthly salary payment to employee on time and supervise payroll related reporting deadline are met. Maintain monthly accrual report such as AVB, retention bonus and holidays accrual reports. Manage to collect employee’ family information update for tax relief yearly. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to manage incoming queries and stakeholders and clients’ expectations (e.g., related to salaries, benefits, etc.) Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices, prepare payroll update requirement (e.g., payroll system upgrades, process improvement, standardization to global requirements, tax policy change by government, etc.) Administer employee benefits program, such as health insurance, wellness activities, employee support activities, and employee premium. As a Client Management Executive at DKSH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales, distribution, and channel strategies. As a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator (7S), Ensure the checking of the operation conformity to below quality requirements: 1- Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guideline. 2- 7s (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining, Safety and Security) guideline. 3- other requirements committed by local or regional management (eg., Regional Best Practices,Guidelines, Protocols and SOPs) Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
