  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage trade budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams on product features,benefits, and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on trade marketing performance and market insights.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Budget Management: Oversee trade budgets and resource allocation.

  • Trade Marketing Principles: Familiarity with promotional strategies and distribution channels.
