  • Knowledgeable in disease, product knowledge and promotenthrough effective selling skills and presentations.
  • Build customer relationship with HCP, Purchaser& Pharmacist.
  • Achieve Individual sale target and assigned UPC sale target.
  • Pursue company’s objectives and goals through teamwork and dedication.
  • Gain deeper understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas which can grow.
  • Lead and mentor junior specialists within a team , ensuring they understand their role and responsibility
  • Prompt a collaborative, problem solving that supports the company’s mission and goals

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken.
  • B.Pharm or any recognized Science degree.
  • Previous working experience in sale and marketing of pharma industry.
