Job Descriptions Maintain and update fixed asset register, including acquisition, transfer, depreciation, and disposal records. Ensure asset tagging, coding, and proper documentation of company assets. Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets with system records. Prepare fixed asset reports for management and support internal/external audits. Oversee fleet management including vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel usage. Monitor vehicle schedules, mileage, and driver assignments to ensure efficiency. Maintain records of fleet expenses, licenses, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and service providers for fleet and asset maintenance. Support administrative functions, office operations, and other tasks assigned by management.
As a Project Engineer, responsible for overall Planning, Construction and Maintenance of all infrastructural facilities. Assign supervision jobs to Supervisors, monitor, co-ordinate and report progress to Project Manager/ Executive Director. Resolve site construction issues together with Project Manager and Contractors. Record daily report with all necessary details and progress. Co-ordinate ordering of materials, including calculation of the quantities required as necessary with Purchasing Department and Quantity Surveyor. Ensure site works carried out in accordance with site health and safety regulations. Inspection and record of defects and follow-up with rectification works. Manages the interface and communication processes between parties on all project activities. Responsible and accountable for work proposals and execution of works as per the instructions of by Executive Director. To hold periodic meetings, trouble shooting, cost cutting and timely completion of all projects. Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control. Assisting the project manager and supervise all associated labor and personnel required to execute the contract. Control and monitor Subcontractor, labor, material and equipment expenses.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit management. • Implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures aligned with company values and local labour laws. • Guide and support Department Heads in performance appraisals, feedback processes, and workforce planning. • Oversee grievance handling, employee engagement initiatives, and disciplinary matters professionally. • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and maintain HR records and reports. • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance. • Manage performance appraisal systems, training programmes, and career development plans. • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration.
