Job Descriptions

  • Maintain and update fixed asset register, including acquisition, transfer, depreciation, and disposal records.
  • Ensure asset tagging, coding, and proper documentation of company assets.
  • Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets with system records.
  • Prepare fixed asset reports for management and support internal/external audits.
  • Oversee fleet management including vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel usage.
  • Monitor vehicle schedules, mileage, and driver assignments to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain records of fleet expenses, licenses, and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and service providers for fleet and asset maintenance.
  • Support administrative functions, office operations, and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Age - Between 25 and 40

Exprience - 3 Years and above (You can use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.)

Working Hour - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Off Day - Sat, Sun and Public Holiday
