Support tender preparation, cost proposals, employment contracts, and proper filing of HR‑related commercial documents. Coordinate onboarding for contracted staff, including medical checkups, document collection, and compliance requirements. Maintain staff records, acknowledgements, and communication of company rules and regulations. Track and update daily rates, standby rates, allowances, and other HR‑related data. Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards and Myanmar labor regulations and including proper documentation. Handle employee relations matter by addressing staff inquiries, clarifying HR policies, and escalating issues to the HR Manager when needed. Maintain confidentiality and proper control of sensitive HR documents, contracts, and personnel files. Arrange business travel and accommodation for the Managing Director and internal staffs, including flights, hotels, and PR follow‑ups. Maintain accurate travel records and supporting documents.
